hmmm help required

I am stuck i have never come across this set up before and not sure how to set my team up against it .

Its a very negative set up ....

I am currently set up with dl,2xdc,dr, 3xmc ,aml, amr, 1 st....... hard attcking,short passing,attacking down both flakes, zonal markering, red arrows on attcking players.

Is this a good set up !!!

Yes looking at that formation, you ought to be doing all the attacking against your opponents, be wary from the odd counter attack mind, since they are quite defensive you want to try and attack the left and right hand side while your opponents are in the middle of the park.
