Please help me to counter these formations~~ T.T (4-3W-1-2 and 4-5-1 V style)

    Hey guys,

Tomorrow I will face a slightly stronger team than me (mine 24.5 vs. his 25.4)

    He is playing 4DC - 3 wide MC - 1 AMC - 2 ST

I drew with him at the first home game 1:1 and I was using 3-5-2 V style with hard attacking, whole pitch, mixed passed, both flanks.

    Any idea with it?

And also, I will face another team which is similar rating with me.

He is playing 4-5-1 V style and I lost him before last season with 2:0

    Any idea with this??

Hope I can hear any suggestion from you guys.. Thank you~! ^^

4-5-1V style with normal mentality, own half, mix passed, both flanks, no counter, no offside

4-5-1 V is countered by 4-3N-3 with long passing, through the middle focus.

Werewolf, Alright, I will try 451v style normal mentality, but I have to win 1 more ball is that okay with just put normal mentality?

July, I would like to ask how about the other orders? And I have a big doubt that any difference between on and off force counterattack?
Is there any pros and cons for on the counterattack?

Do you agree with werewolf as well?

Should be fine I think. I usually score more goals with normal mentality than attacking mentality.

On countering 4-5-1V, you can take JF's advice as well. He definitely has more experience than I do

I stopped doing counters 3 seasons ago, find two or three formations your team responds well to and stick to them, preferably combinations that won't require more than one sub during an ongoing match, might take six, seven games to find them but trust me, it's worth the time investment and making your opponents adjust to your style is a good advantage IMHO.

My formations I play are Butterfly (3-2-2-2-1) 4-1-4-1 and 4-3w-2amcs-1

    Good luck :-)

I have the same thought with you as well. Well, I might find the best fit formation in my team
