Ok i have been playing this game for almost a year
but this seson something happend i didnt understand
this seson iam maniger level 14 and my friend is 13
how come this seson i got into a leuge with my friend...and some others who are mixed 13 and 14
last seson i was fith in the leuge
even the scout list players is same as last seson
in the 80 s
can someone pls explain it to me..thanks u

not enough teams on that server at that level so it had to be mixed to complete the league..

so till when this will continue
will they transfer me to diffrent server

they will not transfer you. It may continue or it may get better with teams from a higher level not getting promoted; there is just no way to know..
