Can't buy transfers?

I am a level 8 player and noticed this past week I cannot but certain transfers. I was hoping to buy a level58 striker today but when i clicked him in the auction there was no bid button on the bottom left so I could not place a bid. Ive noticed this on 2 other occasions.

I thought it may have been a bug so rebooted in time to bid for him but again no bid button. I clicked on other players and the bid button was there, but again on this player nothing.

Whats going on? Ive searched faq but cant find the answer.

Currently, people are suffering the bid button greyed out bug. For me it never happen, so I think it depends on servers...

I think this bug depends on servers. Because it never happened on mine. The only auction-related bug I saw in my server is 00:00:00 bug...
