Does the skilled points can be saved for next season ?

yep i had a few from last season and was going to put on once i saw what league is like but when saw not added yet so now i have 1853 saved ready for next season, at the moment i`m top of league and doing well in cup and champions league

I tend to save them during a week to actually 'see' the progress when I use them. 0.2 - 0.6 change a day on a player won't make any difference, I think.
