EPL with T11 quality

Ok ... here's a question for you all.

If you were to give the teams in the EPL all a T11 quality, how do you think they'd compare? And as everything is comparative, lets start with Man U (as being champions, so for the sake of argument the best team) with a quality of 150.

I wonder what the range of Q would come up. The point being, we have countless threads/posts on here saying that their team is a lot better and should win. But how would this apply to teams in RL?

It's hard to determine exactly how much Quality each team has what quality, I suppose your lower level teams like L1-L4 to example are your local pub team sunday leagues before getting onto county leagues and then minor regional leagues before you reach Northern/Southern/Isthmian leagues then conference North/South/Premier before football league.

Premier League would be mixed levels since Man Utd/Man City and Chelsea would be above everyone else, Arsenal and Spurs a level behind with Liverpool and Everton a further level behind those.
