How to buy players in a overcrowded server ?

I doubt if you can get any answer from them for this situation.

My 2nd account is very much in the same situation as yours. It's at level 5 now. What I usually do is to look for expensive 4 stars without any SA from the 2nd week of the season onwards. Each season I will buy 4-5 players with the 35T that I have got. And these players can last for a few seasons to come. So far this strategy has paid off pretty well. I won the league last season with team of 3-4 star young players.

Some other alternatives are:
1/ Tanking as pnr advised
2/ Buy players at mid to end of seasons. By doing this you need to forgo the cup
3/ Buy players without SA to avoid bidding wars

Sorry to hijack the thread a little, I was reading it and I'm just curious as to how you have a second account? how many accounts can you have? can you use them as your referrals?

You can have as many accounts as you like, just as long as facebook doesn't block them all.

as much as you can creat a facebook account. but level 7 is too late for multi account now. you can use them as referal but i read someone talk that number of referal is blocked at 8

You should if you create multiple FB accounts and Facebook doesn't block them. The best time is join T11 at the beginning of a season & by accepting invitation from your main acc. By doing that, you will have the following advantages:
1/ Your sub-accts will be on the same server. Hence, they can support your matches to give you more possession.
2/ More tokens on sub-accts so that you can use them to buy emblem, uniforms & gift to your main accts
3/ More tokens on your main accts via referral or by transferred part of them from sub accts via negotiations.
