How to buy players in a overcrowded server ?

Hi,

I'm level 7 and playing on a server where there are very few good players for sale.
That means that when i'm looking for a new player, the best I can find is a 4 star player (never more).
My average is 46-47, and I only find player between 40 and 49 :/
And when I want to buy one, if he is <21 or has a skill, more than 3 or 4 players are betting for him even after tour 5 or 6, so sometime the bid will go until tour 10 or 15, sometime 30 or 40.

I just earn about one tokken/day so in the best case, I can only buy one or two player/season, and if I lose one of my bid, I can't buy another player until next season.

Are there solutions please ?
