    I believe you are on android mobile coz i got the same prob too. But i didnt report it, coz i know that they cant repair it. Everytime the prob apprears , and my T11 got hang, i sent the report to them uaing app store. And Everytime i see "new update" for android T11, i was hoping that update is for mine....but until now what i got is...sigh

    I do have an android phone but at that point I was connected through FB....how can I report this?
