I've already said that no blue for defenders and GK, and no red for strikers. I would put red for the area you are going to attack, through the middle then put red on your AMC, MC, down the flanks, then put red on your most attacking player on that flank, and if the opponent is equal or weaker, on the other player on that flank as well. If you have 3 players on the flank, then your formation will be illegal, you will only have 20% possession.
Once you've done that, you're free to put blue arrows if you feel they are needed, on the MC row and the DM row. If you are not sure, I would play safe and start with blue arrows on all those players, then slowly remove them later in the game if your defence is doing well and you need more power in attack.![]()
