Always lose versus offline player with low average quality

Why this always happen,when I go versus offline player and my team have a better quality (15:12) and still lose, I buy token to buy better player quality but its just a waste dunno what must I say but I'm really sad, sorry 4 my bad english Im just new player on level 1,they say "Its just a game" and I say "yes Its just a game with human player"

This I agree with because I doubt the two narrow MC's will drift wide to block the flanks.
Also in the other post about the arrows, god knows what orders you were using but at a guess I'd say all those arrows countered what ever you were trying to achieve.
Putting arrows on a GK is no use what so ever, do you want him sat on the goal line in a one v one situation? amongst others.

I use defend order because my oponent have a better standing (2nd position) and use conter attack order without offside trap,now I try to use 4-3-3 because my stock player limit,btw thanks to give me information about diamond

What happened to all your tokens?

I'd like to see your team's tactics, and the statistics from the match, but for a start, your arrows are very extreme. Generally, I would not put blue arrows on your defenders and goalkeeper, nor red arrows on your striker. My opinion of arrows is that they move players either forwards or backwards to support either the defence or attack, so you don't want your defence further back than they already are, nor your strikers further forward. Also, I would advise you to have a flexible enough squad to change your formation to counter your opponent in every match, you can slowly build your squad into that since you're short of tokens at the moment.



Above are 6 images, my squad for this season and some results that I'm very happy with from this season. At times, I still find my squad a bit thin, but you can see I generally play variations of 3-6-1.

Well, I would say he completely owned your midfield with tactic advantage and he was playing at his home against you.
That's why you lost against him.

If i were you, I would play with 4-2-1-3,

dont use 3 strikers especially with your team. you are just gonna get scored on again and again. also you dont simply go defensive for the reason that his players are better. if you find a weakness in his tactics, you can go on offensive and surprise him in final third

you gotta adjust things on the fly when watching the game

also remember that blue arrows mean doesnt go forward often, while red means runs forward more often, so you have a formation with absolutely zero width. i suggest you visit zonalmarking.net for a good reading, and play football manager 2012 (which is really cheap on steam)
