    Alphabetical? I dont believe thats a rule. It is usually decided by a coin flip, but in this case a random coin flip or just a random pick, so my advice is to win 2-0. maximum win bonus regardless of the cost. full condition and morale for all players. try to counter his formation but with a bit more offense than usual.

    Brilliant! Why did nobody else think of that? That answers the OP's question perfectly which I know is something you're particularly keen on. Really, give yourself a pat on the back buddy.

    And as July pointed out, if both teams are equal on all counts (goals for/against, away goals, head-to-head) it's a coin toss to decide 1st and 2nd.
