How to have a better condition?

1. Time. When resting your players gain 5% every three hours. Resting is the lowest of the three training options.
2. Money -- buy green boosters, click the condition bar and choose how many to use.

I didn't see any friendly game since my last game.
I don't see any reason why the entire team got to numbers as low as 10%.
I am not saying there is a bug, i just try to understand what am i doing wrong?

What level are you? Show us a screenshot of this team with the condition too low. I find this hard to believe, but then again, with the amount of information on gameplay provided by Nordeus, I should not find this hard to believe.

Maybe your playing the whole game on hard attacking or hard Defending ????? this takes a lot out of the players
