make 2 friendly match your self. if you have 4 matches in the next 24h, no one can arrage a friendly match with you
of course you need to cancel them before the 2 matches start.

you can have 24*4= 96 matches a day if you have enough friend, but when your friend have 4 match next 24 h(include friendly and competitive matchs), you can't set a friendly match
