Missing Friends?

I have 14 friends but only the fixtures for 6 of them show up in the Friends Fixtures section, why is that? Some of them are also missing when I'm sending a gift through the Club Shop

some of them might/will be on different server if looking at fixture list, what you need to do is check at bottom of screen and will show all friends there even the one`s not on same server and send gift that way
