Anyone give me advice on whats wrong?

Change tactics a little. As the other guys suggest don't use too many arrows on your players. Play another 6-8 league games and if your league position/form doesn't really improve then just tank the remaining games and wait for next season.

Just one other thing to mention on top of what all the others have said which I totally agree, you are playing an attacking order with force counter attacks which is contradicting, you only use force counter with defensive formations. also 7th place is still promotion.

hmmmm....I basically always play attacking and force counter attack and I haven't had much problem with them contradicting. Maybe I need to change that and see if I start winning by greater margins.
