Complaint about multiples account

Can the admin take actions to ban those multiple account users? It is to make sure the game can be play at fair situation

It is not illegal, but it is unsportmanlike behaviour...

Many of the posters on the forum have multiple accounts, and openly talk about them > its not a problem but in the same league It is a bit unsportsmanlike as posted above. Once you have started building up a team (and after making mistakes) I can see the reason why one would want to start with another.
