how is that possible?

They can have more than 22, but only 22 can be signed on contracts. so they would have to release players they don't want to sign up some of the players that are outside the 22.

At least 7 of those are unsigned players. Are they all about 3 star and very old? If yes, then that is a bug.

Is because of a bug, they will try to fix it as soon as possible.

Also I have a team too, who have around 30+ players.
