I didn't want to change your formation too much, but try to change as much as you can to match this formation, I've triple marked all his attacking players. You can change the formation a bit, any of the midfielders can be shifted out onto the wing, but make sure not more than 2 players are on each side.

Red arrows on AMs, blue on DMs. I wouldn't recommend arrows anywhere else, except on the MCs if you need a bit of help in defence/attack.

Your usual formation attacks through the middle, so I've done the same with this new formation. A player is needed on each side, so I've placed them as far back as possible at DL and DR so that all other players can contribute towards the attack. My recommended orders are: attacking, through the middle, own half, normal/hard tackling, short passing, zonal defence, no counter attacks, no offside traps.
