Different players

Is it possible to set up a different formation of players each game. For instance if you have two games on one day, I want one formation for game one and a different formation in game two. I dont have the time to set up a different formation each game. So is it possible to do this up front?

Thats pitty, and strange that it is not possible. It is important to swich players but T11 doesn't make it possible to do. Another dissapointment in the game.
