Scout Players Getting Very Low Rating

Hi i have brought a couple of scout players. 1 gets a normal rating of between 6 -9 but the other one is getting ratings of between 4 - 5. Does anybody know why. Is it worth keeping this player hoping he will sort him self out or is it best to sell him

    Thanks

He would be on my watch list for selling , maybe keep him as reserve if you have the space,

What position is he? How is his morale? If you're subbing him a lot, or not playing him every game, his morale may be low and that affects his performances.

I had a similar scout player, he just wasn't cutting it. Thankfully he hit the negotiation list and I eventually let him go for £4m + 10T

Hi I have made sure his morale is 99 every game. I have also played him in my last 3 games hoping it was because he wasn't playing. His rating is 52 so going to be a while before he is on negotiations list. He is aged 24. Paid 50 tokens so I'm going to lose a lot if I sell him

    Thanks

it`s coming to the end of season i`d keep him for time being and see how he does next season, i had a player getting 4/5 rating but the following season was getting 6/7 and another player same season same rating and following no improvement so sold them

If it is a GK, then it's "okey". Otherwise try to swap place/position and see if he gets better. Selling him would be suicidal.

Next time buy a scout that is 22-23 yr old and end with a -4 (Q54) or -9 (Q59). That way he will reach 7* (stars) much easier and you will have him as a scout on next lvl/season as well. The one you bought (Q52) is mediocre and probably slow trainer.

That is normal. One player is somewhere around your average team rating. One is poorer or inferior player, the one which needs no tokens to sign. Normally i sign him and sell him off. And i keep the good player.

I am not concerned about this too much though. What i am concerned about is that i have to sign one player for around 21 tokens. I have spent money and time for my own players to develop, and now when i want to promote them to the senior team 21 tokens.

Nordeus does use some sneaky tricks to swipe tokens off of you.
