Not sure if i´ve come across this formation before but in the table of counter formations there isnt that formation, so has anyone played against this formation before, or has anyone got any suggestions that will help me win the match, it´s an important game so want to win at all costs, were pretty similar in quality aswell, im 50.7, he´s 48.8, so on paper should be a close match, i´m away aswell, any thoughts please.

Just seen that the formation is a 4-2-2-2(hexagon), and the counter acting formations are 3(N)-4-1-2, 4-4-2 Classic, 4-5-1 V-Style, 3-4-3, i can play any of theses, does anyone know which one would be the better one to beat him, thanks guys.
For your situation same formation as opponent or 4-5-1v is good but I prefer 4-3-1-2 or 4-3-3 attack down middle.
