He gains based on what he does in the game, Condition might have an impact in what he does in the game.
hey how about this. let's say by schedule you will get +5% stamina at 10.05. and for example your match today is at 10.00. you will get this +5% during the game or after the game (around 10.08) or what?

i think a 30 minute window before and after game that you do not get any condition at all
