Is it a waste if you buy a U21 token player without power train?

Buy a player on U21 will cost 15-24 token,is it worth for buying them but no do any power train on them? On the tranfer market we can find a far better player than our U21 player and we usually just need spend no more than 15 token to get them,what the point to buy a U21 player without SA? So is that U21 player just for those token buyer to buy and use power train on them to train those player till become a beast?Is it U21 not suitable for a none token buyer because we can use those token buy 2,3 player on market?

Pretty much, the higher token ones are good but only if you have need of a backup for that role. The non-token ones if you have spot, sign & sell

Yeah, you just pick/buy one from the market with high value. The high valued youths from the market and youth academy are more or like the same.

if you can find such player on the transfer market then don't sign U-21 player but I am at the highest of my server so I can never find a player like that on the transfer market so I sign those players if they come early in the season.. plus don't forget that you don't have to pay cash for them..
