fast trainer low progress after 5th star (NOT SCOUT)

As the title says...a youth 24token tallent had 120-150 in hard practice mach 60ish in normal training on practice match.
When he get to 5 stars (NOT SCOUT) he started training 80-100 and 40 on normal intencity. I thought they lower the improvement rate after they reach scout or it changes with the 5th star as well?

It's an average trainer. A fast one on 4* would train 150-180 per 30% training. Youths seems to be random, as the highest costing one not alwais is the faster. On my alt account i have a youth from 3 season ago purchased for 12t which at today is the fastest trainer i ever had, at his 4th season 22yo he is still 5*.
