Better to play PES than T11

Support system is so bad, you wont encounter anywhere else. the worst support system ever i have came across.

Example:
Good day,

My club is FC SM. I'm from Moscow (Russia)
Two days ago I paid 352 rubles for 80 Tokiens.
But unfortunatly I didn't recive my tokiens?
What I have to do in this situation?

I have lost my token, money and its just waste of time playing T11. NOREDUS support is useless.

I prefer to play PES than T11, Much better play than T11, Buy real players.

When you not around, your assistant help you out, by managing the team.

I mentioned because thy are better, not same like T11, but people dont loose money, you get proper and satisfied responses from the support team. Thy care for you, and your valuable MONEY. NOREDUS dont give a **** about your money. No proper response, no help nothing.

Real players are possible in T11. Not just real players, you can have anyone you want!

Dude, really? You completely ignore the OP's issue and focus on something that doesnt matter one iota?

It not about the players, its about people buying token and not receiving it, people who are hacking it will obviously wont say anything and keep supporting the game bt those who buy it, actually feels not, because money is not free, people earn it by working.

i mentioned PES because its the same game as T11, i buy coins over there also bt never faced any issue with them, bt with T11 i lost twice AED20 which equals to 16 tokens. and this poor guy bought 80 token and have not received it. WHAT will you say about it??

its not i have not messaged NORDEUS i did with screenshots, but they coudnt do anything.

Well, thats not fair to say that. There are countless threads outting nordeus as cheaters with bad service...but that is not what your OP is for. You did not get what you paid for, and I have no clue as to why, but this is ONE of the places to address this situation. July is wrong in that it should be closed because you have a serious issue that needs to be dealt with. This is a public forum and you have a legit issue, and until it is dealt with, this thread should remain open.

If MDKII or another mod closes it, it should be because they have messaged you here or privately that they are looking into your issue.

Dont make your situation worse by calling them cheaters until you can prove this after allowing them time to fix this issue.

July drops the fictuous ban-hammer too early these days....just damn lazy

If you did want help putting pes is betterthan top eleven isnt the way to go about it. You should include your transaction id in your enquiry as they then might be able to help. While i despise the top eleven support system there are countless other games which have bad support.

If you would like to discuss other games, please use the forums of those respective games. These forums are for discussing Top Eleven.

That said, I just looked up your team and there is no ticket in our database that you have filed. Please use Nordeus Support for any billing issues you may have.

EDIT: I've looked at your example posted, thinking you were posting your details instead. I've just checked the other ticket you mentioned and Facebook Credits issues are handled by Facebook, not Nordeus. You can contact them here: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/326520857454699
