Treble Easiest To Win In Level 2?

Since the new cup format change at the beginning of S38 to the RR Cup. I'm starting a very high increase on the number of managers reporting treble wins or going for a treble when they are Level 2. This wasn't possible under the old cup for,at unless they landed on a new server. Mainly probably because they come into Level 2 with a weak squad and improve it for the new season coupled up with a large number of inactive/abandoned teams. I'm starting to think now is it a lot easier to win the treble at Level 2?

Indeed it is. By the end of lvl 2 ppl raise their team quality to 25+ and the pain begins with season 3 and lvl 5 opponents.
