Who will be solving the problem for users. Nordeus say to contact the payportal company for lost money??
When you contact them they say contact Noredus/Facebook??
When you contact facebook they say contact Noredus/BOKU(payportal) in uae
1) Even after providing all details like receipt/transaction ID/ SMS's Snapshot, what is there left to provide NOREDUS/BOKU/FACEBOOK to claim the money you have lost?
2) When we get a receipt that ticket is issued, than why admin/support system people say there is no ticket.
Who will be answering this question???
I know many user do require answers to this question.
Please, there is nothing personal to anyone but its about the money. people loosing money and thats not good.
