Yes! because people who have spent money to win leagues and lost them because of the failings of the server.
Not everyone uses the forums, some, there interpretation of this may well be an unstable game and will not want to put further funds into it.
Giving out a few rest packs is no compensation for the loss of a trophy.

Ofc, that depend from case to case but if is something important I agree that they should put a rematch or something like that.
