The winning streak in Champions League ended today

Winning streak lasted 27 matches (from Eighth-Finals 2nd leg season 6 to Eighth-Finals 2nd leg season 8), but continues the longest Champions League Unbeaten Run (29 matches: current from Eighth-Finals 1st leg season 6).

but the important thing is to win the Champions League, we have to win the home match to enter in the semifinal

For the first time in our history we were eliminated from the Champions League, from our first participation we had always won the Champions League. Our adventure in the Champions League this season is stopping to the Quarterfinals.

Another difficult game in the league for us but although you would think that we should of won this by a country mile like the first fixture 2 weeks ago, July Fourth were the better team in the first half with Papaleo squandering loads of chances to put us infront, But it was YANGINLILI who took a shock lead with Norinho beating the defender and squaring off for Murat to score, We had to do something and time wasn't on our side in the second half as we look like we were going to lose, We won a free kick and Beckett fired it round the ball and it found the back of the net to level the score, Petersen then setup Calavicci but he hit the post, But in the next move Watson decided to pass to Petersen to score the winner and we hanged on to claim the win.

Well we got out of jail here and perhaps maybe it should of been curtains for the long unbeaten league run here but... It goes on, We could win the league tomorrow but for that to happen we need both BESIKTAS and Hasel Seldus to fail to win either of their games today or tomorrow as well as us winning at home against SFC tomorrow.

Big possession swing for us and we enjoyed far more shots on target and were all over them, after 5 minutes Veuthey scores from a free kick, on 19 minutes a Suljevic corner is meet by a Johansen header and we make it to half time with a 2-0 lead, into the second half the game changes and our opponents are all over us and are creating lots of chances but we stand our ground and defend well, and on the hour another Suljevic corner is met by the head of Da Cunha to knock the stuffing out of our opponents, who make some strange subs including changing their GK, but in injury time Bar concedes a penalty which they convert.

Team Talk: A good performance, although we came under pressure in the 2nd half but 3rd goal killed them off, although we gave them a silly penalty at the end, a special thanks to July Fourth for help with formation

Match Report:

As usual we got early break through by Master at 3' when he was 1v1 with the keeper. Pavan scored a goal when he was also 1v1 with the keeper at 13'. Opponent got a free kick at 44' but our Goalie Buffon saved it his own style.

We did not score any more goal till 2nd half.

After start of the 2nd half we scored 3rd goal by Belmonte from a long range shot at 50'. Wibowo scored a goal from a corner from Carrillo at 70'. Carrillo assisted one more time from corner to Master at 73'. We finished of with 5-0.
