Think I'll be glad I held on to him!

Maiden Utd: After a rather embarrassing exit from the level 2 Cup, losing 3-0 at home, they have redeemed themselves, winning 5:0 at home in the league, and a whopping 7:0, also at home, in their CL group game

Oh, and other team news: Sadly Bill Gaule has had to be auctioned off after 2 solid seasons, he is now surplus to requirements. Being the lowest Q player on the team, at 28, it's best to get some value out of him now, funds needed for new signings. Already 3 bidding on him. He'll be tops in someone's average squad. I'd like to think they'll keep the name

Now, can someone explain to me, if they only joined a month after I did, how they are still the same level? I remember when I jumped in I was auto-put to 7th in the league or something, as it was halfway through ... I finished 5th and got better from there. How were they able to jump in start of next season, yet catch up? an you start at level 2??

When I started "Troll City" I logged in on the 2nd last day of the season and was handed a team in 6th in the league, basically getting a "bye" to Level 2. I did it on purpose because I wanted to more or less start in Level 2 rather than Level 1.

Either way, I know for sure they spent heavy, because my level 6 team has had some cash pumped into it, as well as me looking after it daily. Not spent a bomb, but enough for scouts each season to keep up/get ahead. Consistent normal training on top. So this will be a tough match. I have a league game earlier, so I see me using up many greens
