Are the results from 30% (pr. match), 20% (cardio) or 10% (streching) ? His market value indicates that he is a "mediocre" trainer. Not among the fastest I believe (on lvl6).

I dnt really understand the 30-20-10% stuff (wasn't a good maths fan).
Since he is a mediocre, do you recommend I stop, will it amount to a waste of time & efforts?

If you take a look at the picture, what do you get for numbers if you press the 10%, 20% and 30% ?

If the player gets 40-60 from 10%, 60 - 90 from 20% or 90 - 170 from 30% then it's okey. Otherwise you should try to buy a high valued 18yr old youth that is valued around 12-15M.

Apparently not all of them are fast trainers, so I will test them, try making them scouts first (since greens are currently low)
then from the test result we will mark out the fast one.

You're welcome! Don't forget that the higher the numbers are, the faster trainer the player is (they develop much faster for less green packs).
