The first and third players seem to be good trainers. The second doesn't. The 3rd player could be a fast trainer (valued approx 12M). But it all depends how much skill they gain from the 10%,20% and 30% training options.

if you see the last one with 18 yo and $12.1M he is fast trainer but not that fast ...I think for fast trainers market value is $13M at level 6... 1st player is fast trainer

the more market value the fast he is ... and dont go for single role players especially for defenders always go for like DL/DC or DC/DR ...so that you can use them in 2 ways
