What's the tokens to money exchange at higher levels?

I'm currently at a low level, but I want to save up tokens to buy coins.

How high does the rate get at higher levels?

Is it better to buy scouts at higher levels?

You get better finance as you go up the levels so you can afford more,
But the tokens to cash doubles each level i believe although id reccomend saving your tokens.
You can make more cash by watching videos by going on facebook then going on top eleven and below it, it also doubles at each level. And is a good way to make a few million over a season.

How many levels are there?

Unlimited but in total so far there have been 43 seasons 44th starts today and each last a month
