New season questions

I have 3 questions that I am dying to figure out. Can anyone help.

1. Does T11 arrange the cup and league team placement each season mainly based on the average quality of the squads for each team?

2. Does T11 organize the league placements during the end of month day 28 maintenance or after day 2, I ask as I never see the league until day 3?

3. If the difficulty of the league T11 places you in is based on the quality of the squads on day 2, should I wait until day 3 of the season to buy new high quality players.

1. Cup yes, Base on quality of 14 best player(ohter said that) league is almost random but you have more chance to place with your friends or friend of your friends
2. nobody confirms this aspects but i thinks it should be random.
3. if yet, try to buy your player in day 1,2 like i did. i always have easy league draw

So they base the cup on the quality of your best 14 players? Not your whole squad? If that's the case then there is no point in me keeping 4 really bad low scoring players in my reserves then ?

I guess they pick the top 14 to stop people adjusting their "team" level in that particular way.

You have to be a bit more extreme to fix the draw now.

easy done save skill point`s from start of season

Have they figured that out too? Do they automatically add your unassigned skill points into the equation when weighing up the quality of your squad for draw purposes? I wish I knew all the answers... I WANT THE EDGE...

As far as i'm aware, skill points .. added or not are included into your players Quality. Pretty sure that is what's been said on the forum.
