is there anybody out there who can tell me why my players are not loosing any stars after reaching level 14?

I have a full set of players (22) all 6 or 7 stars.
I am playing a server, where there are no stronger leagues.
So cannot sell any 6 Star player.
But would urgently need to sell older players or players that simply refuse to play (form 4/5 constantly).

What is that now?

A Bug? A new feature? Why dont we get informed in any way??????

Dont need a guy who shows up every 5 minutes telling me that I have players without contract.... I am aware of that!
Need someone who gives useful information!
