Today in my league (Level 2) i saw another team wins 9-1
This is how the loosing team looks like-

The team has only 6 players, 7 subs and one RES

Yes it's possible, is a inactive team.

Well, it is obviously possible, since you witnessed it. Anytime I check a team before a match and they have a weird formation like that, the game engine gives them an auto form, so it obviously failed in this instance.
