Need help beating this team

So i lost in the cup match today 3-0 away, I was confident going into this match, i had more possession (60%) due to his low crowd attendance and he wasn't there and i don't think he is active.

This is my squad though i had couple of players with red cards and this a new keeper, my previous one was only 3*.

(I was playing on Attacking, Through the middle, Own half, Hard tackling, Mixed passing)

What can i do to come back and win this? I know it's a long shot but i really want to beat this guy lol.

Isn't that 6* AMC his own player? I believe the opponent is the one with the 4-4-2 formation.. or?

I would go 4-3N-1-2, attacking and through the middle, mixed passing/short, hard tackle and press whole pitch... Use that DMR/MR (Duff) as MC, believe it will not make a such impact. Try to use your best players as much as you can (if you look at the pic, he is doing the same).
