Yes :p
But I do think they get "held over" until next day, because I get multiples, and when the new day starts (It is at a time I am usually on) I've instant gifts.

Really? Cos, what happens for me, after I accept gifts, if I goto the storage area, it shows some with grey bows(instead of red), these being the "held over' that I cannot accept until next day.
I'm pretty curious, am I the only one that has this happen?
