no, it isn't.

I accept my gifts shortly after the new day begins. About 5 people send me each of the gifts but they all disappear when I accept the gift, but I also hit send back at the same time. Throughout the day, those 20 people send me gifts again my storage fills up again so that at the start of the next day, I have 5 people who sent me each gift that I can now accept.
