for lower level managers like me yeah playing as a Lv2 Manager (3 after update) against Lv8's is rly hard even if they don't play the game since weeks they have a huge advantage because of the manager level difference.

AH always CUP was a very easy competition, really I saw a lot of inactive players who win CUP but only because of their level. The Cup is not some hard competition but if your opponents have 3,4 more levels then you is almost impossile for you to win.

Cup is most difficult for me, The highest level manager in the competition is Level 16, I'm only just been promoted to Level 14.
