what can you do with a player with bad form?

I got a talented 22 year old midfielder at the begining of the season but his form has being so poor, always an average 5 in the ratings even sometimes a 4. Its not like he has low morale as i always keep it on superb. is there anything i can do with this player to help with his form?

Sell him! Some players are just "bad" and will perform badly no matter what you do. It's like defect/reject goods.

yeah i was thinking that myself it would be best to sell him especially as he put in another poor performance again even against a very poor team.

Once happened with me. I bought a 24 yo MC who was a penalty kick specialist. Instead, he missed 5 penalties in about 10 games and had an average form below 6 while all others had their forms about 7. Sold him instantly!!! I don't have a penalty specialist rite now, but my best player is first to take them and he has not missed even one in the whole of last season .....
