I tried to search, but havent find any information about that.

So what skills should have to upgrade for the players in different positions?

Do you mean to learn your player to play in a different position? You need to click on him and you have under he's jersey (ROLE, and a +) click on that.

No, i would like to know more about, what skills are using the players as play as MC, ST....and other positions.

Do you mean special abilities or stats?

If stats, for me, physical and mental must be equal to quality for all outfield players. Players in the MC row must be evenly balanced, AMs slightly tilted towards attacking, STs very attacking, but not too much as well. Same in the other way from MCs, slightly defensive for DMs and fullbacks, and more defensive for DCs. GKs are confusing, but I focus on defence, physical and mental slightly behind their quality level.

I don't care about special abilities.
