They're ganging up on me! :D

Had a league match today, away against one of the two other teams that are competing with me for the league title. Level two, all the other teams are useless and only good for target practice, pretty much. Up till now I've never seen the opposing manager watch the game live, I'm always alone.

So when the match starts, I was hugely surprised to not only see the opposing manager watch the game live, but also the manager of the other team, adding his presence to the ball possession bonus. My first thought was, 'They're ganging up on me!'. But despite their combined advantage, I still managed to get a hard fought 2-3 win. Tough luck, boys, I have a 3 and 6 point gap now!

Just curious, is this normal when the level goes up, managers trying to influence results of other competing teams in their league?

Perfectly normal. It happens to me now and then. Just makes winning that bit sweeter

Season 2 I had 3 managers of teams from the top 5 plus the guy who I was playing supporting the other side, it happens when you are doing well.

I meet not a lot managers in the live match. Most of the managers that I met was in the cup or CL.

I always do this against teams i compete with for a trophy.
