Negotiations?

Usually play on mobile so when I've been playing on the web lately I've found the negotiations part of the TL.

Says you get your coins back if they do not accept, and all of my negotiations have failed.. so why have I not got my coins back!?

I don't know, but *bump* so someone else might be able to help.
I never had any success with negotiations, and gave up a few seasons ago.

All sorted thanks. Took a while for them to be credited by the looks of things.

And I'm not having any luck with them either, seems it's a waste of my time.
