You aren’t able to send your starting items, nor any jerseys or logos you’ve received as gifts yourself. Official logos and jerseys are giftable, as long as the person sending the gift has bought tokens in value of the gift, but Premium logos don’t have this restriction. Keep in mind that, unlike sending boosters or skill points, logos and jerseys are removed from your storage when you gift them.

So the only way you could send the official logo to a friend is when you buy the logo by using the tokens that you use actual money to buy it. It would not work even if you completed offers in "Wins Tokens" from the topeleven website to buy the logo?
