Can someone tell me why it takes players so long to recover there condition? One day is supposed to be a week in league terms so for it to take so long is poor and just a way to get you to spend money.

set training to medium only to most of your team players. only set high intensive training if you wish to hard train a particular player. and also try to rotate your squad for priorities your importance of matches in league, CL, cup.
edit: u may set rest to players in order to let them build up their fitness first. Every 3 hours 5% fitness level increase.

It is my opinion that the nicer facilities you have the faster the recovery time, and lessens probability for injury. I also think that the third column of skills helps determine how likely it is your guy will injure. Grain of salt, etc. ... On my main team I rarely get injuries at home.
