I am finding it very difficult to follow this game regarding skill points and power training. From what I have read the higher the rating and the price when buying an 18 year old should get you a decent player that will earn decent skill points when power training, I have now bought three with an average price of 2.4 million but none of them earn many skill points when power training and one I have power trained four times and got no skill points, so it seems to me that power training is a complete waste of time and I may as well buy older players all the time.

Yeah that's pretty bad luck, my level 2 team has some fast trainers, they are worth between 1.9 (for the semi fast) to 3.1 (fastest one I have)

What you want to look for are the one from silly team names, they are Nordeus generated and often very good trainers.

What happens if I save up my skill points ( eg the last five/ten games + training) and allocate them on day one of the new season?
Would there be any advantage over other teams in the league table? Would I be placed in a weaker league table based on squad closing average skill points?
Would I lose unallocated points at any time?
Does it make sense to play against weaker teams until a decent squad is assembled!!
Do unallocated skill points affect performance? morale? strength?

Is this a form of cheating? or lie or am I fooling only myself?

I do that now in all my accounts: build up the skill points for the first day of the season. Apparently you get a lower rank and a better draw in the cup, in addition to the lower costs of resigning players because every skill point you assign increases their worth, so it just makes sense to do it as long as you have a strong team to make it through the season without adding them.

players have different prices on different servers, I have a DC/DL with a value of ~18M, age 19, quality 57, my friend on other server has a DC/DR with a value of ~14M, age 19, quality 70, i am on level 8, friend on 11, if i remember correctly; but i think my player is very fast trainer, player my friend is very slow trainer

Servers have nothing to do with price. it is level, age and training speed. 18 yo 5* players that are the fast trainers will be worth the most on any server and it depends on your level.

your 18M 19yo Q57 is more than likely WAAAAAAAAAY better than the 14M 19yo Q70 in terms of worth and as a level 8 myself, I would gladly take a player worth 18M and know it is a good buy. your friend should not waste his money and tokens on a 14M 19yo unless he really needs the players position or gets it on the cheap, tokenwise. You are correct, a slow trainer for him.

you say when you train them they get no skill point`s ?? are you setting the intensity bar ( beside age ) as it sounds as though you have not ?

1 bar means they are resting
2 bar means normal training
3 bar equals hard training

Imagine my 25.5m 18yo Q59 on lvl8. He is a good guy^^
