playing 18 and 19 yr olds instead of 26 and 27 year olds

    Hi there
Is there a problem with overloading a team with younger players? My current team has 6 players who are 18 or 19 and I was wondering if this would result in a poorer overall team performance?
Is it better to have a team with more experienced players?
    Thanks
    Damien

From my personal experience, 26-27 years old performed slightly better than youngster ones. That's only my opinion. So need the more experienced players to advice further.

    Me too.

I find younger players dont have the consistency of older players.

Especially they seem to get a run of bad form when I play them too much where as older players tend to play at the same level even when I play them a lot.

18-19 years old players was not play on the best level but 20-24 years old players are the best players and they give your team the winning spirit

quality, from what i am told, is the only factor in determining how well a player plays, besides position in the formation, morale and condition.

age only is a factor for determining how fast a player trains.

An 18yo will play the same as a 31yo but will gain more skill points when training or from a game.
