Last night, I looked at the personal trainer for the first time. I have a player who is rated 39 and from what I reckoned, the personal trainer seemed to suggest if I spent 32 tokens to buy 8 training points, he would get upgraded to a 40... so I spent the tokens, the 8 training points were added to the player and I allocated them to the players defence skills. When I finished, the player did not move up a level.

Did I do something wrong?
